Spring Clean-Up Services
- Debris Removal: Clear all debris from turf areas, planting beds, tree rings, curbs, streets, and culverts.
- Turf Inspection: Check turf areas for matting due to debris or snow to prevent turf diseases, and rake as necessary.
- Bed and Tree Ring Maintenance: Spade edge and cultivate planting beds and tree rings to clearly define bed lines and turf areas.
- Weed Prevention: Apply pre-emergent herbicide to all planting beds and tree rings.
- Fertilization: Spread granular fertilizer on all shrubs, perennials, and ground covers.
- Turf and Perennial Care: Mow turf areas as needed and cut back appropriate perennials.
Fall Clean-Up Services
- Initial Leaf Removal: Begin leaf removal in October, subject to leaf fall and weather conditions.
- Turf Maintenance: Mow turf areas during the first two Fall Clean-Up visits to remove leaves.
- Final Leaf Cleanup: After leaf drop is complete, schedule a final clean-up to remove leaves from plant beds and turf areas, and cut back appropriate perennials.
- Leaf Pile Pickup: Schedule separate curbside leaf pile pick-up using our vacuum truck if necessary.
- Weather Contingency: If inclement weather prevents fall clean-up, services will be completed when weather permits or during the following spring clean-up.

- Mowing Services: Weekly mowing is included with the above spring and fall clean-up services.
